INAASAHAN ko na ipagmamalaki talaga ng ABS-CBN ang maraming awards na nakuha nila mula sa 14th Annual KBP Golden Dove, bukod pa sa pagwawagi nila ng 11 na awards sa 27th Catholic Mass Media Awards.

Sabi nga ni Leah Salterio, ang Corporate PR director ng ABS-CBN, halos kalahati ng tropeo ang naiuwi nila sa KBP Golden Dove.

Narito ang mga awards na nakuha nila sa KBP:

TV Patrol World (Best TV Newscast, national). Best TV Public Service Announcement (national) naman ang Flag Campaign ng Kapamilya network at Best TV Children’s Program (national) ang TV show na Art Jam.

Best AM Radio Station ang DZMM Radyo Patrol 630 at ang Radyo Patrol Balita ang tinanghal na Best Radio Newscast award, samantalang Best Radio Field Reporter naman si Anthony Taberna.

Tatlo naman ang awards na nakuha ng WRR 101.9 For Life, ang Best Radio Variety Show Host (Laila ng WRR Pinoy Hits, For Life!), Best Radio Station Promotion Material para sa Ernie, at Best Radio Public Service Announcement para sa Basura.

Ang ABS-CBN Regional Network Group (RNG) ay nakakuha naman ng mga awards tulad ng Best TV Station (local) ang ABS-CBN TV 10 Iloilo. Ang iba pang RNG Awardees ay: TV Patrol Bacolod (Best TV Newscast-local) TV 4 Bacolod’s The Morning Show: Halalan Special (Best TV Public Affairs Program-local) at sina Angela Calina ng TV 3 Cebu’s Chkahay Ta! (Best TV Magazine Talkshow Host-local), TV Patrol Central Visayas’ Leo Lastimosa (Best TV Newscaster-local), at TV 4 Bacolod’s Angelo Angolo (Best TV Field Reporter-local).

Ang Studio 23, ABS-CBN’s sister company ang nakakuha ng award for Best TV Culture and Arts Program, national para sa The San Miguel Philharmonic Orchestra and Master Chorale with Ryan Cayabyab, at ang Best TV Magazine Talkshow Host (national) para kay Ryan Agoncillo ng Y Speak Live.

Sa CMMA naman ay nakuha ng mga shows ng ABS-CBN tulad ng Sports Unlimited (Best Sports Show), Quizon Avenue (Best Comedy Program), Ryan Cayabyab, The Musician at 50 (Best Special Event Coverage), ANC Money ng ABS-CBN News Channel (Best Business News/Feature), at For Life, (Best Drama Series/Program) at TV Patrol Central Visayas (Best News Program), parehong mula sa ABS-CBN Cebu.

Nagwagi rin sa CMMA ang mga DZMM programs na Tambalang Failon at Sanchez (Best News Commentary), Radyo Negosyo (Best Business News or Feature), at Gabay Kalusugan (Best Educational Program).

Tinanghal na Best Music Video ang ABS-CBN 2005 Summer Station ID, at Best Album (religious) ang The Joys of Healing ng Star Records
